The restaurant Es VENTALL is the result of the constant and tenacious work of a whole family for more than 35 years. During all this time the restaurant has gone through several changes, but the final goal always has been to leave a good memory of the people who visit the restaurant.

Since the beginning the restaurant was focused to be a reference inside of the traditional Ibizenc cuisine. With the arrival of José Miguel Bonet (nowadays chef) to Es VENTALL, they wanted to do some evolutions in the plates, always maintaining the traditional roots of the Ibizenc cuisine generating a new trend.
