We focus on produce from our garden, cooked over a wood fire to achieve an authentic flavor. Our mission is to evolve Ibizan cuisine without losing its essence, offering both traditional recipes such as Bullit de Peix and Sofrit Pagès, alongside more innovative creations that reinterpret its legacy.
